The winds of March

send tremblings of the past;

muted echoes of runaway past.

I will disinherit yesterdays,

disown troubled tomorrows.

The moon descends

with its glazed, sad look.

A dog howls terrified

at the full moon.

Bleating tom toms rent the night sky.

The riverines of the body

are dry,

as one more night

presses itself upon

the catacombs of my self.
